Le Verger du Château

This cozy cottage, tastefully blending classic charm and modern style, is ideal for family getaways or business trips (4 bedrooms, dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, baby cot). This single-story 100 m² home features stunning views of the forest, as well as a fully fenced garden filled with fruit trees, complete with outdoor games for children and a patio for your barbecues.

Le Verger du Château was designed as a true family home. A warm, personal atmosphere flows through every room, adorned with dried flower bouquets and paintings lovingly framed by my grandmother, offering a subtle blend of vintage charm and modern comfort.

🛏️ Sleeping Areas

Each bedroom comes with a desk and chair, a wardrobe with hangers and shelves, a full-length mirror, a selection of books to dive into, as well as blackout curtains and shutters.
Bed linen and towels are included in your stay.

• The Castle Bedroom: Premium bedding (160×200 cm) and a children’s bed (80×180 cm) nestled in a charming 4 m² alcove separated by a blackout curtain, with views of Mainville Castle.
• The Herbarium Bedroom: A cozy haven featuring a double bed (140×200 cm) and views of the Castle.
• The Forest Bedroom: A soothing space with a double bed (140×200 cm) and views of the forest.
• The Bears’ Bedroom: Ideal for kids or friends, featuring a single bed (90×200 cm) and bunk beds (70×190 cm), with views of the Castle.

🧼 Bathrooms & Amenities

A comfortable family bathroom equipped with a bathtub, double vanity, heated towel rail, and hairdryer. Separate WC.

🍳 Kitchen & Dining Area

Fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, filter coffee maker, baby tableware… and even a multifunctional food processor (Monsieur Cuisine Connect) to make your stay effortless!

🛋️ Living Space

Gather in total comfort in the cozy living room, equipped with Wi-Fi, a TV, a Bluetooth speaker, books, and board games. Thanks to the open-plan kitchen connected to the large dining table, whoever is cooking can stay part of the fun while preparing delicious meals to share!

A separate home office features an ergonomic chair and high-speed Wi-Fi so you can work in peace.

👶 Family & Baby Friendly (designed to make family stays effortless)

• Available on site: Wooden baby cot (located in the home office), high chair, toddler toilet seat, baby-friendly tableware, plus books and toys for little ones.
• On request (free of charge): Baby bouncer, travel cot, baby monitor, and play mat.

The stunning garden is fully fenced (ideal for the safety of your children and pets) and filled with fruit trees and herbs to pick throughout the seasons (apples, pears, plums, figs, peaches, blackberries, raspberries, mint, rosemary, and more).

With patio furniture, a terrace, a barbecue, a children’s playset, and a table tennis table sheltered in the garage… you certainly won’t get bored!
